We may also use your contact details to communicate with you about your bookings and for customer support.

We share your information with assigned technicians, drivers, and workshop partners solely to fulfil your service booking. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers under their own privacy policies.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. Service records and invoices are retained in accordance with UAE tax and regulatory obligations.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

The Auto Pro platform uses cookies and local storage to remember your session, preferences, and branding assets. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect platform functionality.
7. Your Rights

8. Location Data
Live location tracking is used only during active service bookings to enable driver and technician coordination. Location sharing stops when the service is completed. You can manage location permissions through your device settings at any time.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
